Call (914) 948-5067 during normal business hours. You will not get an automated message. Either Alison or Ellen will answer the phone during normal business hours. If there is an emergency and you need to reach the doctor they will personally connect your call.

We are proud of this traditional approach to the doctor's office where you can always be in touch with someone who knows you personally. With spine care, we feel there is no place for a "clinic" atmosphere.

Close Proximity is Key

We know it's important for you to reach your doctor immediately-day or night. The procedure for contacting your doctor in a big city or at a teaching hospital requires several layers of communication, but Dr. Stern and Neubardt remove these layers by being accessible to you. Living and working close by makes this superb service possible.

We feel that getting in touch with your doctor is very important. Go ahead and call our office number (914) 948-5067 right now to test how easy it is to reach either Ellen or Alison. When they answer, just tell them you are testing the phone and they will understand. In an emergency, they will be able to contact Dr. Neubardt or Dr. Stern.

When you come for your appointment please remember to obtain and bring the following:

• Drivers License or a valid ID
• Insurance information
• Referral Letter (if required)
• Copies of results, x-rays, MRI's. CT scans etc and any other relevant information
• List of medications (if any)

If you need to cancel an appointment

Telephone the office during business hours and allow at least 1 day's notice so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.

We recognize that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologize if we keep you waiting.
